Maintaining pristine indoor air quality is a challenge in any climate, but it becomes critical in high-humidity regions prone to mould. We recently took on a specialised HVAC hygiene project at a wellness meditation centre nestled in 50 acres of subtropical gardens and bushland on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.
With a solid ceiling architecture and exceptionally long, concealed duct runs, traditional application methods were out of the question. It was the perfect assignment for our advanced modular robotic platform: Multibot.

The Process: From Deep Clean to 360° Protection
To guarantee long-lasting indoor air quality, our team executed a two-phase strategy:
Deep Mechanical Clean: We initially cleaned the extensive ductwork to remove all existing debris and contaminants.
Robotic Antimicrobial Coating: Multibot was deployed to achieve a flawless, $360^\circ$ airless coating of specialized sealant, reaching deep into the most inaccessible areas of the ventilation system.
