The Clean-Air team recently demonstrated our ability to meet this challenge at scale, completing a high-priority corrosion protection project for over 20 Daikin units destined for a coastal installation.

The project required a blend of logistical precision and technical expertise, ensuring each unit—regardless of size—was equipped to withstand harsh saline environmental factors.

🛠️ The Process: From Delivery to Completion

Managing a diverse range of over 20 assets requires a flexible approach. Our technicians utilised two distinct workflows to ensure maximum efficiency:

  • In Situ Treatment: Our largest Rooftop (RT) Packaged System Units were coated on-site, allowing for meticulous application on these larger footprints.

  • Production Line Processing: The medium and small VRV and DX units were moved through our workshop production line. This rigorous process included:

    • Full disassembly

    • Cleaning and masking

    • Precision coating and curing

    • Reassembly
